4. Scope of purchased products

Each product includes only the scope described on its product page, checkout page, success page, or written delivery materials.

The AI Business Implementation Starter is a starter implementation product. It is intended to focus on a limited set of practical workflows, not unlimited custom software development.

Additional custom work, complex integrations, live deployment, SMS or email sending, provider changes, pricing changes, payment automation, regulated compliance work, or ongoing management may require a separate quote and explicit approval.

5. Payments and checkout

Payments are processed through Stripe or another stated payment provider. This website does not store full payment card details.

You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or claim ownership of the underlying system, templates, or reusable frameworks as a competing product without written permission.

12. Third-party tools and platforms

Deliverables may reference or depend on third-party tools such as Stripe, WordPress, Gmail, Google products, analytics platforms, AI providers, hosting providers, or automation services.

Third-party platforms can change pricing, features, policies, availability, APIs, or terms at any time.

You are responsible for your own third-party accounts, permissions, billing, compliance, and platform use.

13. Limitation of liability
